Emergency crews, including Okotoks RCMP, are on scene for a serious collision at Highway 7 at 32 Street East.
An RCMP press release issued at 5:41 p.m. on Saturday, May 4 said Highway 2A access to Aldersyde is affected and that motorists are asked to avoid the area and find alternate routes.
An RCMP update issued around 8 p.m. stated that emergency crews have cleared the scene.
Information on the number of vehicles involved and injuries are not available at this time.
The release adds RCMP is expected to be on scene for several hours while they conduct their investigation.
