Okotoks band livestreams St. Patty's kitchen party

Okotoks band Haggis performs to a socially-distanced crowd via livestreaming at a band member's home for St. Patrick's Day on March 17. Originally slated to play at the George Public House, the band chose to hold an "online kitchen party" and play to those who are also staying at home.

After the cancellation of its St. Patrick's Day celebration, Okotoks band Haggis relocated to a member's house, and live-streamed the performance on March 17.

Hundreds of viewers practising social distancing to combat the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic watched online as the band performed their Celtic and East Coast favourites, taking requests submitted via the live Facebook comments.
