Black Diamond is asking for public input as work continues on a Downtown Area Redevelopment Plan (ARP).

Using feedback from an engagement session last January, and information gathered from technical studies, the Town has drafted guiding principles to direct future development in Black Diamond’s downtown area, with a focus on transportation, land use, infrastructure and building design along the Town’s commercial corridor.

The ARP will be developed in four phases and this is Phase 2 of the process.

An online survey is available until Aug. 10. The Town wants to hear from people about the work done so far and get feedback on priorities and the direction of the the plan before developing a preliminary Downtown ARP, which will be Phase 3.
