The community of Bragg Creek hosted Winter in the Woods on Jan. 27. Local vendors sold goods and games and food trucks were set up for attendees to enjoy. This years Winter in the Woods also saw a celebrity hockey game fundraiser for Easter Seals Camp Horizon. Country singer George Canyon played goal for one of the teams and sang the anthem at the start of the game. ▲

Bragg Creek hosted its annual Winter in the Woods event on Jan. 27.

The event ran all day at the Bragg Creek Community Centre, featuring a variety of indoor and outdoor activities.

A Canadian winter, small-town celebration, the event raised money for the upkeep of the local ice rink.
