Dear Editor, The spirit of Christmas is alive and active in Okotoks. On Dec. 14, I was in Sobeys buying a few groceries. My debit card would not work because the ATB system was down. My newly renewed credit card would not work either. I talked to an assistant manager and went out to see if I had a chequebook in my vehicle, which I did not. When I went back into the store I was informed that the individual behind me in line had paid for my groceries and told the staff to wish me a Merry Christmas. This made my week. I have no idea who this person is as he or she had left the store. I just want to say thanks and that we are going to donate the same amount of cash to the food bank. Rick Harding Okotoks
