Commercial plaza coming to the east side of Okotoks

Shops and services are coming to Rancher’s Rise on the eastern edge of Okotoks. 

Vibe Developments is building Air Ranch Plaza, a commercial area that will have a mix of retail, food and professional services. 

The 30,000-square-foot plaza at the corner of Milligan Drive and 48 Street East is expected to be complete this summer. 

A spokesperson for the company said there will be a gas bar, boutique liquor store, pizza restaurant, dentist and pharmacy, but did not name any of the businesses.

The developers hope to see other businesses and professional services open, such as medical or veterinary clinics, restaurants and potentially a neighbourhood pub.
