Exciting time in Calgary for the Stampede with our special guests Wills and Kate.
Traffic in the city will be crazy for the first few days. Lots of visitors will also head out to our neck of the woods so let’s put out the welcome mat and show the folks just how special our area is.
I can hardly wait to cheer on our local cowboys at the Stampede rodeo and the chucks. Best of luck to all of you.

The Okotoks Dawgs have had a pretty good run of wins lately. They have won six of their last seven games. When they are on the team is great to watch. They make double plays like its nothing, and man can they hit. Home runs seem to be happening more often than last year. Keep it up Dawgs. We want another banner! Go Dawgs go!

The annual Rotary Golf Tournament is ready to go on Monday, July 11 at D’Arcy Ranch.
If you call me right now I can see if we can fit another golfer in.
Also the annual Sheep River Health Trust golf tournament is coming together for Thursday, July 21 at D’Arcy as well. This year a Don Cherry look alike will entertain the golfers. Come ready to have some fun as it will be a blast as always.
