Politicians don't have the faintest idea of the hardships and devastation many citizens are experiencing these days due cost of living increases.

Traffic circles take a little bit of practice, but I don't think Okotoks drivers are less skilled than drivers in surrounding communities.

The kicker — and this is where it really hurts — is there are no assurances that after this $70-million project is built that the odour issue will materially improve.

The bigger cities can have their higher rankings, as well as their crime and congestion, and we’ll carry on knowing that what we’ve got here is second to none. 

As I sit here and ponder the future of our beautiful province and what it will mean for our next generations, I feel sad and regretful.
