MAILING OF 2024 PROPERTY ASSESSMENT NOTICES

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to Section 311(1) of the Municipal Government Act 2000, R.S.A., Chapter M-26, the 2024 Assessment Notices for the Town of Diamond Valley were mailed the week of March 18, 2024 to all assessed property owners.

Town of Diamond Valley property owners are deemed to have received their Assessment Notices as a result of the publication of this notice.

Property owners in the Town of Diamond Valley are hereby advised that there is a sixty (60) day period from the date of assessment in which to submit a complaint regarding the Assessment Notice.

Complaints must be submitted by May 27, 2024. For information regarding Assessments, please visit the Town’s website www.DiamondValley.town/Assessments.

Please read the Assessment Notice carefully. If you have any questions, please call the Town Office at (403) 933-4348. It is possible that questions of a general nature can be answered directly by administrative staff. However, if you would like to speak with the Assessor directly, please contact the Town Office by phone or by emailing [email protected] and we will forward your request.

Any person may inspect the Assessment Roll at the Town Office during regular office hours from 8:00am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday, or on the Town’s website.
