Upwards of 180 vendors are expected at the one-day only Millarville Spring Market this weekend.
Set for the Millarville Racetrack grounds on Saturday, May 10 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., the market will feature vendors selling a wide array of goods.
There are more than 50 food vendors lined up, selling everything from honey, jam and pickles to chocolate, cookies and coffee. Shoppers will also find a selection of produce, meat, beverages and much more.
Artisans will be well represented at the market with a selection of soap, candles, flowers, knitting, jewellery, woodworking, painting and more.
Market organizers say the people behind the tables are the real deal as they’re the growers, farmers, makers, bakers and artists.
Admission is a suggested donation of $3. Proceeds from admission donations support programming at the Millarville Racetrack and offset costs related to grounds and building maintenance.
The Millarville Farmers’ Market, one of the largest and oldest in the province, opens its 2025 season on June 21. Now in its 43rd year, the market will run every Saturday until Oct. 11.
