The Dr. Lander Memorial Swimming Pool in Diamond Valley is set to open for the season tomorrow (Friday, June 6).
The opening day schedule will include public swim sessions from 9 a.m. to noon and 1 to 8 p.m. as well as lane swimming from noon to 1 p.m.
Saturday, June 7 will feature a ‘Parade Day Swim Special’ with $2 swims from noon to 1:30 p.m., 1:45 to 3:15 p.m. and 3:30 to 5 p.m.
Aquafit kicks off Monday, June 9 at 7 a.m.
The Town of Diamond Valley says the June schedule has lots of public swim times, but will vary due to school group bookings, so it’s advising people to check activeokotoks.ca when planning a visit to the pool.
