Registration is open for Christmas hampers at the Oilfields Food Bank in Diamond Valley.
The hampers will include enough food for three meals on Christmas Day, from breakfast through to dinner, and will be available for pick-up on Dec. 21, the food bank said.
Christmas hampers are not part of the food bank’s regular hamper schedule, and registration is required.
The food bank asks that requests to register be submitted soon, either by using an online form or by phoning the Oilfields Food Bank at 403-612-1291.
Those who would like to donate to the Christmas hampers are asked to drop donations off by Dec. 12, to make sure they are included.
There is an online donation page for more ways to give, the food bank said.
