Final preparations are underway at Okotoks' newest grocery store.
FreshCo opens on Big Rock Lane at 8 a.m. on Thursday, Jan. 25.
The store will be open seven days a week from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
FreshCo is a grocery discount brand owned by Sobeys Inc., which also owns Safeway and several other names in the grocery industry.
Safeway operated at the Big Rock Lane location, but moved to D’Arcy Crossing last July.
According to its website, FreshCo operates more than 125 stores across Western Canada and Ontario.
