The Town of Okotoks has partnered with Economic Developers Alberta and Ag for Life for a unique video contest.

High school students are invited to take part in the ‘Why I Love Alberta Youth Challenge’ to tell the world why Alberta is the best place to study, work and live.

Through a one-minute video, teens will explain what makes their community great and what they love most about it.

Participants have the chance to win cash prizes for themselves and matching amounts for their classrooms. The top three submissions win $1,000, $500 and $250.

All videos must be submitted by April 30, with winners to be revealed during Economic Development Week in May.
